With our KANTAN (Easy) Purchase service, customers who are not registered as online members or customers who do not have a smartphone can purchase products from our Online Store by paying and receiving at stores.
- Store staff will place an order to our online store on behalf of the customer. You are only allowed to make a payment and receive the products at the store where you placed the order.
- Payment needs to be made within one hour after pressing "Order". Cancellation after the settlement is not allowed.
- In ordering, your personal information is required to input such as your name, phone number, and e-mail address.
- You will be notified of the "estimated arrival" period. Please note that the arrival may be delayed due to weather-related problems.
- Tax-free service is not available for this service due to purchase through the online store.
